Jo has worked for this organisation as both an employee (as a Marketing Manager), and now as a Marketing Consultant. The company most recently approached Nimble Squirrel with the need to enhance their position in the market, boost their lead channels, and differentiate their offerings from competitors. They required a marketing professional with experience in the industry to define and own the marketing plan, drive Go To Market campaigns, and conduct regular market analysis. Whilst working as an employee back in 2019, Jo also played a pivotal role in the organisational rebrand following a company merger.

Nimble Squirrel worked closely with the client to develop a comprehensive marketing plan across all core functions of the business to inform agile marketing strategies. As a key part of this, product messaging frameworks were established that distinguished the client from others in the market, and central to this strategy was the use of marketing tools and technology to analyse consumer behaviour across all digital assets, channels, and platforms. Furthermore, Nimble Squirrel took charge of third-party suppliers and partners such as PR agencies, website developers and graphic designers to enhance the company’s reputation and gain more visibility in the market.

the results

Working as an employee and off the back of an in-house website rebrand, a remarkable 320% increase in the number of leads was realised. Similar results were achieved a few years later when the company underwent a rebrand following a merger, when another website overhaul resulted in a 60% increase in visitor traffic, further enhancing the company’s online visibility and brand awareness. Nimble Squirrel’s efforts in establishing product frameworks and driving effective Go To Market campaigns for all core products significantly contributed to an improvement of sales pipeline.
